If in the unlikely event of a product being damaged or simply you would like a refund/exchange, please contact our customer service team (support@buddykeychains.com) and provide us with your order number. 

Due to high demand​ and handmade products some products can take 1-2 weeks to arrive from dispatch so please be patient, ​they will arrive!
